Have you tried to change your password? Maybe try to change it from your phone and then use the new one to try to log in from your computer. If it still doesn't work tell me and I will inform the game developper.
Also, what message do you get when you fail to log in?

The message said uncorrect password, so I tried changing my password with my computer and still didn't work. Like u suggested, I tried again with my phone and it worked, as I was able to log in with my computer. I'm very sorry for the delayed response, and thank you so much for your help!
