How to play Cromimi?
Take care of a Cromimi (ferret, hamster, mouse) in a virtual world. You must feed it, make sure it has enough to drink, train it, and entertain it with games. You can also have it challenge other players' Cromimis, dress it, etc...
You must complete different objectives to move through the game. You can experience a unique adventure with your Cromimi and discover new possibilities!
Let's not forget that you can learn a lot of information to help your Cromimi in real life!
What are Gold Mimis?
Gold Mimis (Mo) is the monetary unit in Cromimi City. You earn some everyday thanks to the Cromimi Federation, which helps you to take good care of your ferret, mouse or hamster.
The more you evolve in Cromimi, the more money you earn and the more accessories and clothes you can buyf or your Cromimi .
Challenges and games give you some Gold Mimis as well.
You can also purchase Gold Mimis at the Bank
Careful! If you are under 18, ask your parents for permission before using the bank!
What are Power Mimis?
Power Mimis represent your breeder experience level. The more Power Mimis, the more your Cromimi will be reassured, and the more things it will be able to do (go on your shoulder, react to its name...).
You gain PM by feeding your Cromimi, cleaning the cage, reading books or Dr Ham's advice...
What is popularity?
It determines your reputation in Cromimi City.
You can gain popularity when your cromimi wins challenges, when you go to higher levels, if your cage is among the loveliest ones or when you reach higher levels in the breeders ranking.
My cromimi and its characteristics
Each Cromimi has its own characteristics that you will need to know:
» Hunger: indicates your Cromimi's need for food.
» Thirst: indicates your Cromimi's need for water. Your Cromimi must always have fresh water at its disposal in the cage.
» Morale: indicates your Cromimi's psychological well-being. If it's bad, your Cromimi will become sad and its health will decrease.
» Health: indicates your Cromimi's physical condition. A poor health will make it more prone to illness and weaker during challenges and training.
There are also two special capacities:
» Training: your Cromimi's whole education will be made through training. It is essential to determine your relationship with your Cromimi.
» Speed: speed is necessary for races. Your Cromimi will be proud to run very fast in the park or in its wheel.
Your Cromimi'sexperience depends on its skills and speed. So don't neglect either of these two capacities.
My Cromimi's health and morale
It is important to maintain a good health and morale for your Cromimi or everything will go wrong! They will get sick more easily, the relationships with the other Cromimis won't be good and your Cromimi will be sad.
To gain morale and health, take good care of your Cromimi, of its cage, give it sweets, entertainment, pet it...
It is very sensitive so if you neglect it, its health and morale can quickly decrease.
My Cromimi's cage
This is where your Cromimi lives. It should always be as lovely and clean as possible.
Your cage should always be kept clean so as not to hurt your little Cromimi's paws. Cleaning it takes time, but it must be done.
If you decorate your cage, your Cromimi will feel good and its morale will increase (and probably its health too). You can find different cage bars and bedding trays at the pet shop. New decorations are added regularly...
You can also name your cage by clicking the "Cage" tab in the cage page.
Food
Food reduces your Cromimi's hunger and thirst but also makes it gain weight. So be careful, don't feed it too much if you don't want your Cromimi to be sick.
Your Cromimi is very sensitive so don't forget to give it food and water to keep its morale high and in good health.
Accessories
Items are in the "accessories" section of the Pet Shop. These are all the elements, large or small, that you can place in a cage to entertain your Cromimi (wheel, ladder...), house it (small house, shelter...) or give it comfort.
As you through the objectives, new accessories will become available.
So check regularly to discover what could make your Cromimi happy!
The city
The city is the place where all the activities for your Cromimi are gathered:
- The Stadium: your Cromimi can train everyday in this stadium.
- The Park: this is the place where all the breeders can meet. You can start speed or training competitions between your Cromimis.
- The Game Room: would you like to play a game? Go to the game room, you will have fun and will gain experience and popularity.
- Pet Shop: you will find everything you need to feed and entertain your Cromimi, clean its cage and decorate it. New items can become available when changing level.
- Fashion Shop: this is where you will find clothes to dress your Cromimi and make it even cuter.
- The Vet : Dr Ham will give you a warm welcome and will treat your Cromimi or keep an eye on a female's pregnancy evolution. You will also get a lot a wise advice everyday!
- The Bank : the place where you can purchase Gold Mimis. Careful, if you are under 18, don't forget to ask for your parents' permission before making a purchase!
- The Career Agency : your Cromimi will become independent, and will live the life you choose for them!
- CromimiLand : this beautiful place is where Cromimi live their lives happily! Once they have gone to CromimiLand a Cromimi becomes free and independent!
Pet shop
The only shop in Cromimi City where you can find everything you need to take care of your Cromimi. There are six different sections :
» Accessories: all the items you can give to your Cromimi.
» Food: a large choice of fruits, vegetables, cereals, herbs and so much more to stimulate your Cromimi's taste buds.
» Cage: everything you need to decorate your Cromimi's cage.
» Books: you will find everything you need to know about your Cromimi in these lovely illustrated books.
» Medicine: all the medicines for any type of illness are available there.
» Cromimis: adopt several Cromimi to keep each other company. This function is only available when you've reached a certain level...
As you go through the game, new items and new Cromimis become available.
Challenges
Challenges are used to compete against other Cromimis, validate objectives and also gain Power Mimis as well as Gold Mimis, if you make a bet. To start challenges, go to the park: you will meet Cromimis who are close to your level, all ready to start.
You can either challenge to a race or training test. Several criteria are taken into account for the 2 Cromimis:
» their health
» their morale
» their speed (race)
» their skills (training)
You can put out challenges with or without a stake. If you add a stake and win the challenge, you'll get your stake back, some experience as well as popularity.
Careful! the more challenges you make, the more chances your Cromimis has to get hurt.
When the other breeders want to challenge one of your Cromimis, you can refuse or accept their challenges. Once accepted, a challenge cannot be cancelled so be careful, don't get it wrong!
If you are in the park, you can also get several challenge requests at once. Don't worry, everybody wants to meet you there so you'll get a lot of requests which might be very useful to move forward. If you don't want to get requests from a specific breeder, go to your mail box and add this breeder to your black list so they can't send you challenge requests or private messages anymore.

My cromimi is sick, too fat or too skinny...
- Illness :
You cromimi can get sick any time, it's a very sensitive being. You will receive an alert by private message and you will have to go visit Dr Ham, the vet, to receive a medical exam.
Then you will have to buy the necessary medicine at the Pet Shop.
Levels
Have a unique adventure by passing through the Cromimi objectives. In the beginning, you will learn the basics of Cromimi education and then you will be able to join it in a great adventure.
Every level you pass gives you Power Mimis and popularity in Cromimi City.
The Cromimi Federation
The Cromimi Federation is a virtual association that keeps an eye on your Cromimi to know if you take good care of it. To help you, the Federation gives you a few Gold Mimis everyday. The further you go in the story of Cromimi, the more generous the Federation will be.
Be careful, if you don't take care of your little pet and if your cromimi is in danger, the Cromimi Federation will come and take it away. You will have to give Gold Mimis to get it back.
Ranking
There are four independent rankings in Cromimi. They are updated everyday at 5 AM and 5 PM.
Friend Ranking allows you to see which of your friends (in your contact list) are the best!
Breeder Ranking compares your capacity to raise, take care of and educate your Cromimis. This is where your Power Mimis come into play, then your popularity if two breeders have the same Power Mimis.
Cromimi Ranking indicates your Cromimi's rank compared to the other Cromimis. The only thing that matters in this ranking is your Cromimi's experience. In case there is level on points, its your Cromimi's health and morale which will determine its exact rank.
Cage Ranking allows all the player to admire and vote for cages of the week
If you want to check your evolution in a ranking, here's how it works : there is a little green arrow pointing up if your rank has increased or a little red arrow pointing down if your rank has decreased. If your rank has not changed, then you will see this symbol =.
There's only one way to increase your rank: gain Power Mimis!
Election of the most appreciated cages
Voting for a cage enables you to elect every week the most appreciated cages by the players of Cromimi.
If you want to vote, it is very simple: go to the card of the breeders you like, watch their cage and give them a mark between 0 (you don't like it) and 5 (too cute!).
You can view the results of the election in the forum every Friday!
The votes are reset every Friday after the announcement of the winners of the week.
Careful, the election can be won only once in the whole game.
An important rule to respect: to prevent abuse and leave a chance to all players, it is strictly forbidden to ask for votes, through Private message, in the forum or in signatures/user images. If cheating is detected, the player will be punished and all their votes will be deleted!
Holidays
If you can't take care of your Cromimi, you can activate the "vacation mode", which allows you to pause your game.
To do this, click the "Nursery" button on the "My Cromimi" page. You can also go on holiday on the "My Profile" page by clicking the "Go on vacation" button.
When you are on holiday, your Cromimi doesn't evolve, can't participate in challenges or train, all its actions are stopped.
When you come back, log in like you usually do, then click the button to find your game exactly how you left it.
Careful! we advise you to choose the vacation mode rather than lending your Cromimi to a friend since we won't be able to help you if a problem occurs with your account!
As stated in the game rules, you should never give out your log in information or lend your account!
Sponsoring
You can invite your friends to join you as soon as you're registered. To do this, you've got two possibilities:
» in your mailbox, you can send an invitation to all your Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail etc contacts. They will receive a mail from you sent by the game and will be able to register and create their own account.
» You can also send an invitation to all your friends who don't use hotmail, yahoo, gmail etc. They will receive an email from you and will be able to create their own account and become a Cromimi player.
Important!
To be validated, sponsoring must meet these requirements:
» sponsorees cannot register with the same ip/connection as their sponsor
» sponsorees must use a personal ip/connection (public places like libraries, schools/colleges, cybercafes or wi-fi connection can't be used to confirm a sponsoring)
» Do not create false sponsor, they will be cancelled (multiple accounts are forbidden on Cromimi), your account might be deleted or you might receive a permanant ban.
» Confirm your email address once the registration is done
Administrators and moderators
The administrators are the creators of the game and the ones who make it evolve.
There are also moderators who help the breeders of Cromimi on the forum and through private message when needed. Breeders should turn to them if they need help. If they can't find an answer, they will ask the administrators for help.
The moderators take care of the forum (delete or move topics etc), help with bans (in case of bad behavior or non-respect of the rules), keep players informed about the game.
To find out who the moderators are just go to the forum!
Under each section of the forum, there is a list of the moderators and administrators who are in charge of the forum. The moderation team is composed of adults who are all over 18.
Do not ask to become a moderator. The administrators choose the moderators depending on their need to supervise the game and according to precise criteria.
An important note: like in any online game, malicious people may pretend to be members of the game team, so please, never give any information about your account or yourself to anyone!
The administrators or moderators will not ask players for information about their account, unless it is to check that the player who is asking for information is the owner of the account!
In case of a problem, use the mailbox to report the issue, quickly contact a moderator or use the "contact" link at the bottom of the page to let the people in charge of the game know about it.
If there is a problem...
If you encounter a problem on the site (problem with the bank, with your account ,etc...), post a message on the forum, in the Assistance section, to explain your problem.
A team member will reply as soon as possible.
Please, do not contact the support more than once for the same problem Do not contact the support without a reason or you will be punished!
